Policies and Rules:
We do not allow Pets on Property.
All Service Pets MUST be declared at check in.  There is an additional fee 
Bear Creek Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
Maximum occupancy is set by our resort can not overload 
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN ANY UNIT!!   Smoking is allowed outside the rooms on balconies, porches and in the common area of the grounds with proper disposal.  Burns, ash marks, odor and/or smoking in the rooms will result in a minimum fine of $1000.  Please do not smoke in the units.
To ensure a pleasant stay for ALL guests, we ask that after 10:00 p.m. volume levels be kept to a minimum.  Unruly or intoxicated persons will be asked once to quiet down.  If they have to be asked again they will have to vacate the property and if necessary be removed by the sheriff and will not be refunded.  
Damage and missing items will be assessed and the proper fee will be charged to your card.  Please notify the front desk immediately of any missing or broken items in your unit upon check in.  If you need rags for clean up, please come to the office and we would be happy to give you some.  PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR TOWELS TO CLEAN UP SPILLS, FLOORS, ETC.
Cleaning fees: STUDIO $35. 1 BEDROOM $50.  2 & 3 bedrooms $75. Daily maid service upon request only.
Please wash your dishes, any dirty dishes left in room will result in a cleaning fee of $50.00 or more
Check out procedure: 1) Close all Windows, 2) Set thermostat to 65  3) Turn off all lights 4) Do not leave a fire going in the fire place 5) have a great
Fire Place use:  NO Duraflame Logs Allowed, Do not use Lighter Fluid, No cooking in the Fire place. ONLY Burn logs. If you do not know how to use Fire place ask front desk .
Please keep food secure in containers .
